Disclaimer & Refund Policy
At South Florida Holiday Decor, we carefully select and arrange our seasonal décor to create beautiful, festive displays for your home. Because many of our fall displays include real, natural products, customers should understand the following before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases, deposits, installation fees, add-ons, and service fees are final and non-refundable once your order has been confirmed. Because our displays are customized, scheduled, and prepared specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Natural Pumpkin Disclaimer
Pumpkins, gourds, hay, corn stalks, and other natural materials are perishable products. While our goal is for your display to remain beautiful throughout the fall season, we cannot guarantee how long any individual pumpkin or natural item will last.
Some pumpkins may naturally soften, discolor, mold, leak, attract insects or wildlife, or begin to decay sooner than others. Factors such as heat, humidity, rain, direct sunlight, irrigation, pests, wildlife, and other environmental conditions can significantly affect their lifespan.
South Florida Holiday Decor is not responsible for the natural deterioration, rotting, molding, discoloration, leakage, or early decay of pumpkins or other natural décor after installation.
Surface & Property Disclaimer
Natural pumpkin decay may result in moisture, staining, discoloration, residue, or other marks on porches, pavers, concrete, stone, wood, decking, stairs, furniture, or other surfaces.
By purchasing a display, the customer acknowledges these risks and accepts responsibility for monitoring the condition of natural décor. South Florida Holiday Decor is not responsible for staining, discoloration, surface marks, or other damage resulting from the natural deterioration or decay of pumpkins, gourds, plants, hay, or other organic materials.
Customers are encouraged to remove any item that begins leaking, rotting, or significantly deteriorating.
Weather & Environmental Conditions
South Florida weather can be unpredictable. South Florida Holiday Decor is not responsible for damage, movement, deterioration, or loss of décor caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including rain, storms, hurricanes, tropical weather, flooding, wind, extreme heat, excessive sunlight, irrigation systems, animals, insects, vandalism, theft, or other environmental conditions.
We cannot guarantee that outdoor displays will remain exactly as originally installed throughout the season.
Pumpkin & Décor Variations
Because pumpkins and gourds are natural products, size, shape, color, texture, markings, and availability will vary. Photos shown on our website and social media are examples of our work and are not a guarantee that your display will contain the exact same pumpkins, quantities, colors, varieties, or arrangement.
We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions based on seasonal and supplier availability while maintaining the overall style and value of the package purchased.
Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation area is accessible, safe, and ready for our team at the scheduled time. Pets should be secured and pathways should be clear before our arrival.
If our team cannot safely access or complete the installation because of conditions at the property, additional scheduling or service fees may apply.
Changes & Cancellations
Because products are purchased and scheduling is reserved in advance, cancellations and last-minute changes may not be eligible for a refund. Requests to change an installation date, package, or service are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Post-Season Cleanup
Post-season removal and cleanup are only included when specifically stated in the package purchased or added as an additional service.
If cleanup was not purchased in advance, customers may contact South Florida Holiday Decor to request post-season pickup. We will do our best to accommodate additional cleanup requests based on availability, and additional fees may apply.
Unless post-season removal has been purchased or otherwise confirmed, customers are responsible for disposing of their décor at the end of the season.
Customer Acknowledgment
By purchasing a package or service from South Florida Holiday Decor, you acknowledge that you are purchasing seasonal outdoor décor that may include natural, perishable materials. You accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor displays and agree to the terms outlined above.
Our goal is always to create a beautiful display and provide a seamless decorating experience. If you have an issue with your installation, please contact South Florida Holiday Decor as soon as possible so our team can review the situation.
