How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak fall and holiday season. Spots fill up quickly, so the earlier the better! We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

Do you decorate businesses and commercial properties?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We love working with businesses, HOAs, boutique hotels, and commercial properties. Whether it's a grand lobby entrance or a storefront display, we can create something beautiful and on-brand for your space. Contact us for a custom commercial quote.

Question 4

Do I own the pumpkins and décor after installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Once your display is installed, the pumpkins and décor are yours to keep. If you added our post-season pickup service, we'll return at the end of the season to remove everything. Otherwise, you're welcome to compost, donate, or dispose of the pumpkins however you like.

How many pumpkins are included?

The number of pumpkins depends on your selected package and the size and layout of your entrance. Each package is designed to create a full, professionally styled look.

What colors of pumpkins do you offer?

Our signature displays feature a curated mix of real pumpkins in beautiful natural tones — classic orange, soft white, muted green, and coastal blue. Be sure to check our Bundles page too — we may have limited edition specialty colored bulk pumpkins available, like all gold, all blue, or all silver. Be on the lookout!

Do you use real or faux pumpkins?

We use real pumpkins for our signature fall displays! Real pumpkins bring an authentic, natural beauty that simply can't be replicated. For holiday installations (Christmas, etc.), we use a mix of high-quality faux and fresh greenery depending on the package.

Question 8

Do I need to be home during installation?

Accepted Answer

Nope! As long as we have clear access to your porch or entryway, you don't need to be home. We'll send you a photo once your display is complete so you can see the finished look before you even pull into the driveway.

How long does installation take?

Accepted Answer

Most residential installations take between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours depending on the size and complexity of the display. Larger or custom commercial installs may take longer. We'll give you an estimated timeframe when we confirm your appointment.

Question 10

What is post-season pickup and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

Post-season pickup is an optional add-on where our team returns at the end of the season to remove your pumpkins and applicable décor. You can add this service at booking. If you didn't add it in advance, no worries — just contact us after the season and we'll coordinate a pickup for an additional fee.

How much does a pumpkin porch display cost?

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

All sales are final. Due to circumstances outside of our control, some pumpkins will naturally begin the process of decaying earlier than others. Having pumpkins that last through the fall season is our intent, but cannot be guaranteed. Please note that Pumpkin Concierge is not responsible for any surface marks or damage that may occur from natural pumpkin decay.
